Happy Easter to all!
Every Easter Sunday morning the community gathers at the beach on the cemetery road in Man-O-War for a sunrise service where we all remember that this is the day Christ rose from the grave. All are welcome and there usually is a nice turn out of natives, second home owners and even tourist. Afterward there is a lovely breakfast at the fellowship hall of the Church of God for all to enjoy. The ladies of the island each bring a dish, whether it is a bowl of danishes or muffins, fruit or the famous johnny cake but there is always enough for everyone. The service will start at 6:30am. All are welcome.
