I hope everyone's Christmas and New Years Holiday were fantastic and blessed.
My family enjoyed a white Christmas in Canada and came back home to what feels even colder than the temps in the Great White North! It has certainly been very cold here with the temps dropping in the low 50's and even in the high 40's over certain parts of Abaco. It is most definitely the topic of conversation in Abaco!
This may be the year for you if you are looking to buy a piece of paradise in Abaco. More sellers are adjusting their prices to encourage a quick sale--whether it's a house or vacant property.
